Namaste!
I am Prachi, a multi-disciplinary designer and user researcher, based in London. My design philosophy revolves around human-centred design, and I strongly believe in the power of simplicity. Throughout my career, I have always strongly emphasised understanding users and their experiences. Since 2007, I have been designing human-centred spaces, crafting experiences, and following an inclusive design approach.
My education and professional background in Architecture and Urban Design have allowed me to work alongside talented architects and designers, collaborating with engineers and stakeholders across various projects. These experiences have further honed my collaboration skills and strengthened my human-centred approach.
By combining my expertise in physical and digital realms I am equipped to create human-centric experiences. As a User Researcher and Service Designer, I am consulting on several projects, including research into the employability challenges faced by the deaf population in India, developing a ‘phy(sical)+(di)gital’ experience strategy for a real estate company, and creating digital business strategies for an LED manufacturing business in India.
When I am not working, you can find me learning Indian classical music or cooking delicious Indian cuisine.
